When we are in medical profession we must no the long form as everytime it is not possible to write full name that why we use abbreviations like HTN(hypertension). RTA(road traffic accident),CPR and many more in exam they are not asking what we know they are assessing us on our knowledge application while solving problems by the way thank you for suggestions
