Very good quiz!

I loved the content and learned some new facts. Great explanations in every question.

I noticed only one tiny typo in the question about nduja ( “A part from..” should be “Apart“) and there was a question where I would use Saffron instead of Safflower.

Thank you :)

Thank you for your interesting quiz.
Only a few questions:
The name of Genova in Italian or Genoa in English is written "Genua" on purpose in your quiz or is it only a typo?
I guess that also "restourant" is only a habit from Italian "ristorante" :)
But why do you say that fontina is similar to mozzarella? I consider it completely different cheese. I imagine for example burrata as a cheese similar to mozzarella as you said or it could be even defined "a specific type of mozzarella".
In the explanation of the ingredients of arancina I would say they the "typical" or "famous" ingredients are.... In the way you wrote it, it could seem that this is the only type of arancina but there are tens and tens or maybe hundreds of types of arancina with different flavours.
I know that it's difficult, I did have the same problem but I can see a big inconsistency in using Italian and English names. Why do you use "peperoncino" and not "chili peppers" or "strutto" and not "lard" when the other options are in English?
I had also a little problem with time, I didn't finish a couple of questions in time but maybe it's me, that I read slowly.
I must admit that this test seems advanced, I thought I knew a lot about Italian food but there is still something new to learn and try :) but surely this quiz is for Italians, I don't think any foreigner has this knowledge of Italian food, you could have prepare the quiz in Italian language without problems I think...
And the last question, where do you have the images from? Do you have copyright for them?
Thanks again :)

Hi, the explanations (fontina similiar to mozzarella for example) are simply and quick, just because this test is not for italians. I found difficult to find interesting questions, because you have to write 30 of them.
Anyway yes, I admit there are mistakes in the text or things like this but my test was funny, not educational or not at all.
I found images in the internet and hey, I’m italian i cross the road with the red traffic light ;)
Anyway I hope that you had fun with my test.
