Firstly, the explanations are solution videos of the questions. So there can't be any text. Secondly, it is not a third-party link. It is a link to a message in a public telegram channel.

In the explanation section, it says "They can be used to give more information, clarify common errors, and support full text formatting, including hyperlinks".

So I think my quiz is qualified.

Unfortunately, this test will not be able to receive a prize:

Poor formatting. Test was not designed for the platform. E.g. "A B C D E" are used as answer options instead of listing answers right away.

You are right but these are open source. They are all public and free. Due to coronavirus, Turkish Education Ministry prepared these make free for everybody
