Most explanations actually refer to the wrong options, but without mentioning them: so it's not clear what they mean, because one would assume that they refer to and explain the correct answer. For example many times the explanation is "that's rude!", but this doesn't make sense if one picks the correct answer... Oh, and by the way: in a tabaccheria you can also buy newspapers :)

Yes, I didn't get that. Trying the quiz during the preparation, telegram didn't show anything clicking the right option (only some confetti appears), so I thought that the explaination would appear with the wrong options only. Also, the explainations (dis)appeared very quickly and I could not diversify them for every wrong answer: so I must put a short general (and as you say sometimes not thorough) explaination. Not all the tabaccheria send newspapers, only several... But it's true, it's not a good wrong answer. Thank you for leaving a comment!

Yeah, I know it was not so easy to get how it worked... it was probably better to check it with a test-quiz first. By the way, license information is also missing in the media, I think you should have specified them.

Let me guess, are you from Emilia-Romagna? :D I'm sorry for the wrong understanding of the explanation, it's pretty confusing during the quiz, but I can see you have already answered the previous comment. But I have my doubts also about the name of the quiz. You call it basic Italian but in some cases it isn't basic at all. For example the expression "che casino" is not surely the first thing the students learn from Italian language. Of course if you live in Italy you learn it but it's mainly colloquial expression and many consider it even a little bit vulgar because one of the literal meaning is "whorehouse".
