One question is unclear. It asks "If the key signature has an F# in it, what's the key?" The quiz states the correct answer is "Key of G". However, there are multiple correct answers: the keys of G, D, A, E, B, F#, C#, G#, D#, A#, E#, B# all have F# in them. (Sources: there are Wikipedia articles for each of these keys).

There is a small spelling error in the question "What key has exatcly 5 flats in its key signature?" The word "exatcly" should be spelled "exactly".

Finally, all the questions in this quiz appears to assume that all the keys in question are major, and not minor. However, this is not mentioned in the questions, the answers, or the explanations.
