Witty RabbitEntiendo su punto de vista pero la pregunta no lo especifica. Una persona estando ebria si puede subir a su auto y conducir , de hecho es una de las principales causas de accidentes, lo cual indica que a pesar de no ser una buena prática si ocurre a menudo. Como ud indicia las normas del tráfico no lo permiten, pero siempre existen personas que violan tales normas. En mi opinión la pregunta debería ser mas específica.
