Many of the questions are confusing ex. 1, 2 and 3. Color/ colour was spelt incorrectly. "Yes" and "offcourse" in the same questionnaire can be very confusing.

Grammar check on qn number 24! Also there some of the questions are the same eg. "Medicine to treaty COVID-19)

There are few typing errors like "colo7", should be "color/colour"

There also repeated questions if not mistaken asking about whether pneumonia protect someone from Covid19
