Actually what you say is correct, and when creating quiz I had same question in mind.
But the desert you are talking about is located in polar areas, whereas my question asks about non polar areas. Also i didn't include any of the polar deserts in the answers. I also was thinking to include non polar in the title but I thought it would be understandable as there are no polar answers in the question.
