This is quite an extensive quiz on Operating System Course. Well articulated and presented.
On the question on Counting Semaphore, the Counting Semaphore initialization value was not specified, was it left out purposely or just an honest mistake?
Overall, it is quite an Educational quiz specifically on the Operating System course, and I will recommend it for Computer Science students to try out.
