Coughing and sneezing are symptoms of Covid - 19. Statistics are changing dramatically so more than 100000 people would have recovered already.

Yes, as of today 1,906,894 people are recovered. 👌

Sneezing is not a common coronavirus symptom, but fever and cough are.
There is no evidence that sneezing is the symptom of COVID-19.

Thank you for your reply. In Medicine," not common" does not signify never present. If the question was to be structured as "Which of the two symptoms is more commonly seen in patients with COVID - 19?" this would eliminate any doubts and ambiguity for the reader.
