In question about arbor vitae, mentioning hind brain maat represents it is present in other parts of hind brain i.e medulla and pons but this wrong(vague). In the options if you mention the exact part, it would be clear.

See in mcqs you have to choose answer from the given options. Medulla & pons are the parts of hind brain. So the answer is not wrong.

I was telling instead of mentioning forebrain, midbrain, hindbrain in the options you can mention parts like cerebellum, cerebrum, medulla etc. to be clear.

There is no ambiguity in the question & the options. Cerebellum is a part of hind brain.
