1. Nepal is not the only country in the world that has a non-rectangular flag. Vatican and Switzerland flags are non-rectangular as well. Their flags are square.

2. “Largest city in the world” question is not clear enough because this question does not mention based on what measurement. If the measurement is the population, yes, Tokyo-Yokohama is correct, but if the measurement is a land area, it is wrong because New York is the largest city in the world in terms of the territory area.
