Nice quiz. I couldn't have made one on this topic. The quiz matches the difficulty level chosen. Here are a few things I have noticed:
1. You are saying that solids can not be compressed. What about an aluminium foil sheet? I can use my fingers to squash it and hence make the material denser, which means that the volume has changed

2. In questions of type "Which of the following is in a .... state?" the conditions are undefined. Are we talking about room temperature and pressure or are we talking about 10000C?

3. The explanation to the questions about "Which one is not an example of plasma" could be improved to show what a volcanic explosion is.
