I could really enjoy the quiz and I think it is educational for students (maybe higher classes - but still, it's quite a complicated subject put easy to understand in case).

But I just wanted to know where the answer to question 28 is coming from? I thought to reach the 1.5° goal there is much less time left.

The source of the answer for question 28 is coming from a scientific report by the IPCC (The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). The report can be found on https://www.ipcc.ch/site/assets/uploads/sites/2/2019/02/SR15_Chapter2_Low_Res.pdf and states:
"Limiting warming to 1.5°C implies reaching net zero CO2 emissions globally around 2050"
