The main reason is major language issues. Too many mistakes in questions, answers and explanations (grammar, punctuation, typos, style). E.g. #q30 #q1 (the text in the explanation is cut); #q7 ("Амар Хаям">"Омар Хайям"); #q4 ("во избежании" > "во избежание этого") etc.
