The same method of explanation is used by Telegram's own official quiz: https://t.me/quizbot?start=GreatMinds. As long as you mention the source for your explanations, I doubt you can be accused of violating any regulations.

Crazy TapirI'm afraid it's not the same. Telegram's explanations rephrase the info but do not copy it entirely. Plus, the links aren't purely the source of the explanations, they provide additional information. "Read more" is suggestive of it.
