Mad Bull I agree with you! The question was direct to types of face mask we should use mean surgical mask or other mask(cloth mask), so the moment this quiz was prepared WHO was on ongoing research on the effectiveness of other mask different from that Surgical mask!!

- Civet cats and Camel are not "bats, rodents, and birds" as you state in your explanation

👉🏿The question was directed on which kind of mask(Surgical/Cloth mask) does WHO suggest to wear! Thats why it was an ongoing research on the effectiveness of the use of mask different from that of Surgical Mask🙏
I think the question was not Clear enough!!
👉🏿About A and B that was during the preparation of the quiz, I used to put my answers in a List of a,b,c so its an error, I accept it!!
