The cytoplasm is the site for a number of chemical reactions but it's not ONLY site. Take photosynthesis for account

Fluffy Horse Chloroplast is the site for photosynthetic chemical reactions. The Cytoplasm is is a site for many other chemical reactions, like Glycolysis in respiration. The Chloroplast is also found on the cytoplasm, if the question was asking the site for photosynthetic chemical reactions then chloroplast would be true, but since it asked generally cytoplasm remains the answer. Dark Ram This question emphasizes by stating “All chemical reaction...”. Light reaction of photosynthesis doesn’t involve cytoplasm at all, it can flow even out of cell if to extract chloroplast.
If question was like “Most of chemical reactions...” then the answer might be cytoplasm.
