The answer should be A, C, D. (The explanation is correct, but there is a mistake in test). And it worth to mention that we have a possibility to get a Tetramethylammonium (Me4N+I-)

In many cases 15 seconds are too less to read the question (that often is long), read the possible answers (that many times are five ore more), think and choose the right one.
