Subject-Verb Agreement deals with the correct usage of subject and verb in a sentence. The verb of a sentence must be in agreement with the subject in regard to person and number. The verb must be singular if the subject is singular, and the verb must be plural if the subject is plural.

Basic Subject-Verb Agreement can be easy but not all. There are a lot to be confused with and a lot of rules to learn and remember. This quiz reminded me again of those rules😃. Great number of questions👌 but it didn't bored me. Well-explained for my wrong answers😊.

This was actually a very good grammar test! Informative and a little bit tricky. The only matter is that I didn't really get the logic of the question that started like this "The terrorist and the serial killer ..." I think they're referring to two people, so the verb agrees to plural pronouns. thanks mate!

If the subject refers to a single thing or person, the subject requires a singular verb. "The terrorist and serial killer" in that question refers to the same person.
Other similar sentences are:
*The Mathematics teacher and social mistress is coming. (Same person, one person)
*The Governor and Chairman of the committee is speaking at the conference. (It refers to the same person, one person.)
