Correction: There ... a/one/a single fridge in the corridor.
There...blue rose in the shop.
Correction: There ... a blue rose in the shop.
....there two benches in the park ?
....there one monument in the the square?
The negative question would be grammatically correct and in my opinion sound better as well.
So not only "Are", but "Aren't" would be correct answers.
Or "Is" and "Isn't".
I think you'd learn to pose these questions in an other way anyways:
"There is one monument in the square, isn't it?"
Answer: "Is"
