Poor formatting. Test was not designed for the platform. E.g. #q1 #q2 #q3 etc. (if your Quiz has shuffle mode on, then question numbers are irrelevant); #q1 #q2 #q3 etc. ("1 2 3 4" are used in answer options instead of listing answers right away).
