Major language issues. Too many mistakes in questions, answers and explanations (grammar, punctuation, typos, style). Mixed together of Hindi and English but not all questions have multi-language. E.g. #q10 #q3 #q29 etc

The categories are very misleading since English is only used in some questions. Hindi is used in others. Not all of the questions are basic: some should be reclassified as intermediate or advanced.
