While the WHO does indeed recommend a distance of at least 3 feet (1 metre), Germany's Robert Koch Institute recommends at least a distance of 1.5 metres. (https://www.rki.de/SharedDocs/FAQ/NCOV2019/FAQ_Ansteckung.html)
Should you wear masks in shops?
The RKI recommends to wear masks whenever you can't keep a sufficient distance to other people, for example in shops. https://www.rki.de/SharedDocs/FAQ/NCOV2019/FAQ_Liste_Infektionsschutz.html#FAQId13545204
In Germany (and I guess other countries as well) you are required to wear a mask when you enter a store. https://www.twobirds.com/de/news/articles/2020/germany/covid-19-hygienemassnahmen-und-empfehlungen-bundeslaender
Can you reuse masks?
There are masks that can be reused.
A description of this can not only be found in this article: https://www.today.com/health/reusing-face-masks-how-remove-clean-store-safely-t180985 (there are many others)
My reference regarding the answers of the quiz was all gathered from WHO formal website.
Its true that some questions aren't very specific, for instance the one of mask re-usability, as in general, masks must not be re-used.
Regarding the second question also in general its not advised (as WHO declared) to wear mask on shopping, and this might contribute to the other question of social distancing as (for sure) if this way of protection was not be able to achieve, hence another protective way (masks) must be used.
Regards.

Thanks for your comment
1- unfortunately the WHO recommended to wear a face mask after I create the quiz.
2- Research indicates that children and adolescents are just as likely to become infected as any other age group and can spread the disease. Evidence to date suggests that children and young adults are less likely to get severe disease, but severe cases can still happen in these age groups.
