Thank you for taking the effort to submit your test for the contest.
Unfortunately, this test will not be able to receive a prize:

Too many missing explanations. More than 10 explanations simply repeat the correct answer. E.g.
#q4
#q6
#q7
#q8
#q9
#q11
#q12
#q15
#q18
#q19
#q23

This argument doesn't make a lot of sense since most of those explanations don't fit that criterion. Most of those are simple facts that don't have a big explanation, and the rest has some context associated with the answer (7,9,11,12,15,18,19,23) it doesn't just repeat the answer alone.

With this, can I request another judge to evaluate the questions? or do I have to contact someone directly from telegram? Because this questionnaire didn't deserve to be disqualified

Upon further review, the last verdict was incorrect. This Quiz is no longer disqualified (although it is not guaranteed to receive a prize either). We apologize for the inconvenience.
