1. Basic Explanations. Explanations expand the correct answer.

2. No attribution. At least some of the free-license media in the test are missing proper attribution. E.g. #q1, #q2 etc. require a link to the source of the image.

This quiz is alright, possible answers are... uninspired, I think. Like, there's a picture of a tower (Eiffel Tower) and in answers there's "Great Wall of China", "Machu Picchu Archeological Park"... well I mean, even not knowing anything at all, everyone could pass it.

But major issue might be images. I don't think they are legally obtained, I found them in the web:

Right this is easy quiz, that's why it's under elementary level. When it comes to images, I couldn't take pictures of them during quarantine period and I didn't see any copyright there. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it

Lawful Penguin but you put it as "Intermediate", well anyway, the images you could take from some websites like unsplash. Check those images for example for Eiffel Tower:
