A very nice quiz, I liked the images. I ran out of time with one question though:
"What is true about Phrasal Verbs?"
I had difficulties with reading and understanding all the answers. It didn't leave me time to actually think about the answer, but I might be slow reader. Nonetheless - it was very enjoyable, good job!

Ops! I feel sorry for the time. I completed the quiz myself several times and thought if I added more time that would be totally easy to go through all the correct answers. I wanted it to be challenging though

Visuals are attractive. Time is somehow sufficient though I missed out 2 questions. I would recommend it to young learners in primary school :D

Note that, there is no language in the world that you will teach without using grammar my friend. I invite you to look for concepts about grammar to better understand the area.

You can't talk about current concepts without talking about grammar.

YOU CANNOT TALK ABOUT MISTAKES IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GRAMMAR. Grammar states the notion of wrong and right.

Nice quiz. I think the timer needs to increase.
Also:

Question "What would you answer if someone asks you the following question: 'where have you been?'" explanation starts as "is someone..." and should be "if someone..." and finishes as "...to know that place where you'd been" and it should be "...to know the place where you were"

Yes I now saw that I wrote "is" instead of "if" my bad.

As for the description (explanation), it is correct. We say "where you'd been" because an action took place before the time the question was made.

Loved the photos that come with the quiz! Although English is my first language, I must say there were two questions I didn't really know how to answer so I pretty much learned something new! English is a constant learning process, definitely recommended for someone who wants to test their Basic English or maybe for young learners too :)

Question 1 "Find the correct option regarded with the kinds of sentences" is better expressed as "Find the correct option with regards to the kinds of sentences." The time period needed to look at the picture, read and answer some of the questions is too short.
